Transmission Survey

In 1993 & 1994 Andy Grimbleby and Steve Ord carried out a complete survey of the transmission on campus.

New transmission for main campus

In the summer of 1995 the whole of central campus had a new transmission system installed. This was provided by Wireless Workshop (who have since merged with Pheonix Communications to become Radica Broadcast Systems), and covers the whole of Rootes halls, International House and Benefactors. Unfortunately the time & money ran out too soon, and they never managed to get Whitefields back on.
